1. Introduction Welcome to Euphoria Konfekt. We are committed to providing high-quality, homemade baked goods with the best customer service. This policy outlines our rules & guidelines to ensure the smooth running of our home bakery. 

2. Orders and Payments

• Order Placement: Orders can be placed through WhatsApp or phone.

• Advance Notice: We require at least 24-48 hours' notice for custom cakes.

• Payment Methods: We accept payments via Gpay, Cash & bank transfer.

• Payment Terms: 50% payment is required at the time of order placement & 50% to be paid before pickup or delivery. 

3. Design and Consultation

• Choose a Design: Pick from our designs or ask for a custom design reference.

• Our Interpretation: Your cake will be our version of the design, not an exact copy.

• Design Matching: We'll do our best to match your design and colours. 

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations: Orders can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery/pick-up time.

• Non-Refundable: Custom orders and bulk orders are non-refundable. We get to decided on refundable amount if or not according to preparation made.

5. Delivery and Pick-Up

• Delivery: We offer delivery services within a 10-15km radius of our location. Delivery charges apply based on distance.

• Pick-Up: Customers can pick up their orders from our location during business hours. Please confirm your pick-up time in advance. 

• 3rd party App delivery : We are not responsible for any 3rd party delivery.

• We are not to be held responsible for the cake once handed over to client or delivery partner. We try our best to resolve any damage if within our control upon request.

6. Quality and Safety

• Ingredients: We use high-quality, fresh ingredients. Our bakery is vegetarian-Only and adheres to strict hygiene standards.
