1) Exchange Only, No Refunds: We do not offer refunds on returned items. Exchanges can be made for other products of equal or greater value.

2) No Exchange on Used Innerwear: We do not accept exchanges on any used innerwear for hygiene reasons.

3) No Discounts on Innerwear: Discounts are not applicable on innerwear items.

4) Condition of Items for Exchange: Exchanges will not be processed if the product is found to be used or damaged.

5) Tag and Bill Requirements: Exchanges can only be processed if the original tags are intact and the purchase bill is presented. Without these, exchanges will not be accepted.
