🔄 Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled as we start processing them immediately.
• Refunds are only applicable if:

1. The product received is damaged/defective.
2. The wrong product has been delivered.

• To request a refund, kindly contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/video).
• Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
• We do not provide refunds/exchanges for reasons such as dislike of color/design/fabric after delivery.

📦 Shipping Policy

• We ship orders all over India.
• All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery timelines depend on the shipping address but usually take 5–10 business days.
