Terms and Conditions for Laundry Services

1. General Terms

By using our laundry services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are subject to change at the company's discretion without prior notice.

2. Service & Liability

  • We take utmost care in handling your garments; however, we are not responsible for any damage due to pre-existing conditions such as weak fabric, color bleeding, shrinkage, or wear and tear.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that no valuables, money, or personal belongings are left in the clothing.
  • We are not liable for items left in pockets that may damage garments or other clothing during the cleaning process.
  • Stain removal is done on a best-effort basis, and some stains may not be completely removable.

3. Lost or Damaged Items

  • Any claims for lost or damaged garments must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Compensation for lost or damaged garments is limited to a maximum of 5-10 times the service charge of the item or a fixed compensation amount.
  • We are not responsible for missing buttons, beads, sequins, zippers, or embellishments.
  • Items unclaimed for over 30 days will be considered abandoned and may be donated or discarded.

4. Turnaround Time & Delays

  • Standard turnaround time is 24-72 hours, subject to workload and garment condition.
  • Express or same-day service may be available at an additional charge.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as machine breakdowns, power outages, or weather conditions.

5. Payment & Pricing

  • All charges must be paid in full before or upon delivery.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice and may vary based on fabric type, stains, or special handling requests.
  • Unpaid orders will not be released, and after a certain period, unclaimed items may be donated or discarded.

6. Pick-up & Delivery

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details and be available at the scheduled pick-up/delivery time.
  • Any rescheduling or missed pick-up/delivery may result in an extra charge.
  • We are not responsible for garments stolen or lost after delivery to the designated location.

7. Prohibited Items

  • Customers must not send items contaminated with hazardous substances, bed bugs, excessive pet hair, or strong odors.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service for heavily soiled or damaged clothing.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before processing begins.
  • Refunds are applicable only in cases of proven damage or loss and will be processed according to our compensation policy.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from our service will be handled through amicable resolution first. If unresolved, legal action may be taken in the jurisdiction where our business is registered.
