Here are the terms and condition for renting Elite banquet hall:
Reservation and Payment:
- You must make a reservation in advance and pay a deposit to secure the booking.
- Full payment is usually required two days before the event.
- Payment methods accepted are Card, UPI, or Cash as per government limit.
No Cancellations or Refunds Policy:
- Once a booking is confirmed and the deposit is paid, there will be no cancellations allowed.
- The client acknowledges and agrees that all payments made are non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances leading to cancellation.
Event Date, Time, and Duration:
- Event Date: The client agrees that the event will take place on [3.specific date].
- Event Time: The client agrees that the event will start at [start time] and end by [end time]. Overtime may be available upon request and subject to additional fees.
- Duration: The client agrees that the event duration will not exceed [number of hours]. Additional hours may be available at an additional cost and must be approved by the banquet hall management in advance.
Services Provided:
Venue Rental: Exclusive use of the banquet hall for the specified event date and time.
Tables and Chairs: Standard tables (rectangular) and chairs for guests and others.
Linens: Basic table linens (tablecloths and napkins) in standard colors or styles.
Setup and Cleanup: Assistance with setup and cleanup of banquet hall .
- Client Responsibility: The client assumes responsibility for any damage to the banquet hall premises, furnishings, or equipment caused by themselves, their guests, or any vendors hired for the event.
- Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the banquet hall from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to the event, except those caused by the negligence or misconduct of the banquet hall.
Insurance:
- Liability Insurance: The banquet hall may require the client to obtain and provide proof of liability insurance covering the event. This insurance typically covers bodily injury, property damage, and personal injury liability.
- Additional Insured: The banquet hall may request to be named as an additional insured on the client's liability insurance policy for the duration of the event.
- Proof of Insurance: The client must provide the banquet hall with a certificate of insurance demonstrating coverage and naming the banquet hall as an additional insured, if required.
6. **Rules and Regulations:**
- Compliance with local laws, noise restrictions, and venue policies (e.g., no smoking).
- Restrictions on decorations, candles, or other items that could pose a hazard.
7. **Vendor Requirements:**
- Whether outside vendors (caterers, decorators) are allowed and any restrictions.
- Any fees or requirements for using specific vendors.
8. **Guest Conduct:**
- Expectations for guest behavior and responsibility for guest actions.
- Ensuring minors are supervised appropriately.
9. **Indemnification:**
- Agreement that the client will indemnify and hold harmless the banquet hall for any claims arising from the event.
10. **Force Majeure:**
- Conditions under which either party may be excused from performance due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters).
11. **Miscellaneous:**
- Any other relevant terms or conditions that apply to the specific event.
