AUTOZON warrants to you that the supplied goods will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under

normal use for a period of 12 months from the date the goods were invoiced. The defective item/ material should be

accompanied with our tax invoice and product label. This warranty applies to the following products

AUTOZON warrants to you that the supplied goods will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under

normal use for a period of 36 months from the date the goods were invoiced. The defective item/ material should be 

accompanied with our tax invoice and product label. This warranty applies to the following products

2. DUTY & TAXES: Duty & Taxes will be charged as applicable at the time of material dispatch as per Govt. Norms

Supply P.O. Should be issued by buyer

TDS (Tax Deduction at sources) is not applicable on supply P.O. amount

3. DELIVERY TERMS:

Ex-works, Bangalore , karnataka

Within 2 working days from the date of your P.O for stock items upon 100% receipt of payment to our accounts. In

case of more quantities dispatch times shall be discussed and agreed mutually

4. TRANSPORT & DELIVERY TERMS:

AUTOZON shall arrange to dispatch the materials as part load on to pay basis as warehouse

delivery. Buyer should

arrange to pick the material from the transport warehouse

AUTOZON shall take responsibility of any damages during transport only for transporters recommended by AUTOZON

Any other transporter if specified by the buyer has to be done in advance and dispatches shall be done at buyers’ risk

and responsibility

Any damages during transit from transporters specified by the buyer shall be at buyers’ risk

Customer must eventually inform about the damaged goods received (If Any) & should mention on the delivery

challans

claims about discrepancies in comparison to order confirmation must be informed to Hindustan automation Bangalore

within 8 days from the date of receipt of material with pictures/details to clearly identify the presumed difference,

there after claim will not be accepted.

5. FORCE MAJEURE:

Hindustan Automation shall not be liable for any delay for whatsoever outside the reasonable control of the company

including, without limitation to the generality of the foregoing, industrial action, war storm, fire, explosion, flood,

governmental actions or regulation, act of god, riots, strikes, lock-outs or non-availability of stocks or materials and

any delay of this type shall not be consider in delivery terms.

6. VALIDITY:

The above offer is valid for 30 days from the date of Offer.

Prices are as per current foreign exchange (Euro/Dollar) rates and can vary subject to future variation. (If applicable)

Installation/ Erection Details:

Installation shall start only after site readiness and receiving written confirmation received from client/ contractor /

buyer Once site readiness written confirmation received, Installation Team shall be mobilized on site within 6-8 Days.

For any reason installation team required to be demobilize without completing the work, In such case, extra charges

would be applicable for remobilization of the installation team.

All Unloading will be in Client Scope. No Technician, Supervisor, Engineer from AUTOZON will be available for

unloading process. However client has to ensure safe Unloading of Products.

The above offered value is by considering the above sizes and quanties,if the sizes and quantity of the products varies

the prices shall vary accordingly

Client Scope:-

Secured & covered storage if any clients scope

Crane/Hydra/forklift/Assembled Scaffoldings/vehicle etc. at the time of Installation and Internal Shifting at site client’s

scope Permanent stabilized single/three phase AC power supply near the automation system with MCB clients scope

Conduits, cable required for electrical wire layout clients scope

During Installation power supply required for welding M/C, power tools etc. near opening area clients scope

A. Painting Charges -: Any other finish apart from standard would be charged extra as applicable.

B. Provision to Carry out Installation work -: Any alterations in the structural wall / Column opening or any other type of

civil work (If Required) will be in Client's scope.

Provision of free electric point should be made available near work/Installation place

Due to any reason our engineers have to wait, Rs.1800.00/Person /day extra will be charged.

During the period of installation, any shortage of material due to misplace and thieving etc. would be in clients

account. At the time of storage at site or warehouse for extended/ unlimited periods, if material damaged then

repairing/replacement cost will be in client scope and due to this re-painting required will be in client scope.
