The website hosted at unogreencard.com & all subdomains of unogreencard.com (Website) are the property of ECHOBOOOM MANAGEMENT & ENTREPRENEURIAL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (Echobooom). Echobooom is providing this service to you subject to the following Terms of Use, which may be updated from time to time without any prior intimation to you. The Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between Echobooom and you, governing the use of the Website. The said terms of use may also be applicable, if you avail the services of Echobooom, unless indicated otherwise by Echobooom. By using or visiting the Unogreencard.com website & any of its subdomains, you signify your assent to both these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. You are authorized to use this Website only if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and to all the following Terms of Use. Please read these Terms of Use carefully. If you do not agree to any of the Terms of Use, please do not use the Website.

Payments:

UnoGreen reserves the right to determine or alter in the future the product and service pricing without notice.

Promotional Offers: UnoGreen, at its sole discretion, may make available promotional offers with different features to any of our customers. These promotional offers, unless made to You, shall have no bearing whatsoever on Your offer or contract. UnoGreen may change its Administrative Fee as it deems necessary for its business. We encourage you to check this Agreement periodically if you are interested in keeping abreast of the rate of our Administrative Fee. We will not be responsible for any errors by the Payment Processor. In connection with Your use of the Services, we will obtain certain transaction details, which UnoGreen shall solely use by its privacy policy.

Preview Approval:

· Customers must approve previews within 24 hours for card variants and 30 hours for kit products. The preview will be sent to the WhatsApp number provided at the time of order confirmation.

· If no approval is received within the stipulated time, we will proceed with printing as per the provided preview.

· Customers are allowed a maximum of two revisions before finalization.

· Once the preview is approved, no reprints or refunds will be entertained.

Printing Restrictions:

· Mobile numbers, addresses, and email IDs cannot be printed on the card. Instead, a QR code on the back of the card will store and display all necessary details digitally.

Payment QR Code Submission:

· The payment QR code must be submitted in PDF format. Image files (photos or screenshots) of QR codes cannot be processed and will not be accepted.

 

Setup Responsibility:

· Customers are responsible for completing the setup of their digital details and customization.

· If assistance is needed, customers can reach out to our customer service for support.

Refund Policy: If at the time of delivery, your UnoGreen Card is damaged, you will be eligible for a replacement. We offer replacements for damaged UnoGreen Cards with photo proof within 48 hours of delivery. If your phone does not detect the card due to NFC enablement issues on your phone – we do not take responsibility for the same. There will be no refund in such a case.

Refund requests, if you are eligible, must be emailed within three (3) working days from the date of purchase.

· Name & Logo Cards You are not eligible for a refund if you fail to provide your logo by email to customerservice@unogreencard.in in the desired format as explained to you at the time of sale within three (3) working days from the date of purchase.

· Metal Cards You are not eligible for a refund if you fail to provide your logo by email to customerservice@unogreencard.in in the desired format as explained to you at the time of sale within three (3) working days from the date of purchase.
