- A tax invoice is required for any returns or exchanges to process your request.

- Exchanges are accepted only within 7 days of purchase, provided the price tags are still intact and the product is in its original, saleable condition.

- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging to be eligible for exchange.

- Perfumed, washed, or altered products are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.

- While we have a no-refund policy, don’t worry, we offer store credit that can be redeemed at any Banana Club outlet, giving you flexibility for future purchases.

- Items purchased on sale or with a promotion cannot be exchanged, so please check before buying.

WASH CARE INSTRUCTIONS

- Dyed garments should always be washed separately to prevent any colour bleeding onto other items.

- To keep your garments looking fresh and to extend their life, use mild detergent and wash garments inside out in cold water.

- For fabrics like corduroy and polyester blends , avoid direct ironing. Instead, iron them on the reverse side or use a low-temperature setting to avoid any damage to the material.
