Used Car Sale Terms and Conditions

1.      Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of used vehicles by Rudra Automotive to the buyer. By purchasing the Vehicle, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these terms

2.      Vehicle Information The Vehicle is sold as-is, with all relevant details, including make, model, year, mileage, and VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), provided to the Buyer at the time of sale.

3.       Payment Terms The Buyer agrees to pay the full Purchase Price to the Seller by payment method, e.g., cash, bank transfer, credit card, etc. upon completing the sale. Payment must be made in full before the Vehicle is transferred to the Buyer.

4.      Vehicle Condition The Vehicle is sold in \as-is\ condition. The Seller makes no representations or warranties regarding the Vehicle’s condition beyond those stated in the sales listing or inspection report (if provided). The Buyer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to inspect the Vehicle and are satisfied with its condition.

5.      Inspection and Test Drive The Buyer has had the opportunity to inspect and test drive the Vehicle before purchasing. The Buyer is encouraged to obtain a mechanic’s inspection or appraisal if desired.

6.      Transfer of Ownership Upon receipt of full payment, the Seller will provide the Buyer with:

·      The signed title of the Vehicle (or proof of ownership)

·      A release of liability (if required by local laws) The Buyer is responsible for registering the Vehicle with the appropriate authorities and paying any associated registration fees.

7.      Taxes and Fees The Buyer is responsible for any taxes, registration fees, title transfer fees, or other costs associated with the transfer of ownership, as applicable in the Buyer’s jurisdiction.
