Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions (\\\\T&Cs\\\\) govern your use of the services provided by

our clinic (\\\\the Clinic\\\\). By scheduling an appointment or using our services,

you agree to comply with and be bound by these T&Cs. Please read them

carefully.

1. Appointments & Consultations

1.1 Booking

Appointments

can be booked via phone, our website [website URL], or in person during clinic

hours.

1.2 Cancellations/Rescheduling

If

you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 4

hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or mark

against your future bookings.

1.3Late Arrivals

In

the event that you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your

appointment may need to be rescheduled, or your consultation time may be

reduced.

1.4 No-Shows

Repeated

no-shows without prior notification may adversely affect your ability to book

future appointments with our Clinic.

2.Fees & Payments

2.1Consultation Fees

The consultation fee is set at 250 Rs.

2.2Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

-Cash

-UPI (e.g., Google Pay, PhonePe)

-Major debit/credit cards

2.3Payment Due

All consultation and service fees are due at the time of service, unless otherwise

agreed upon for specific procedures.

2.4 Refunds Consultation

fees are generally non-refundable. Refunds for other services will be

considered on a case-by-case basis.

3.Patient Conduct & Clinic Environment

3.1Respectful Behavior

We expect all patients and visitors to treat our staff and fellow patients with

respect. Abusive or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.

3.2 Clinic Property Patients are responsible for any damage caused to clinic property due to negligence.

3.3 Hygiene & Safety

Please adhere to all hygiene and safety instructions provided by clinic staff. For the

safety of all, children must be accompanied at all times.

4.Medical Records & Data Privacy

4.1Confidentiality Your medical records and personal information are treated with the strictest

confidentiality.

4.2 Data Protection

We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) of India

regarding the collection, storage, and processing of your personal and health

data.

4.3 Access to Records

You have the right to access your medical records as per legal provisions. Requests

must be submitted in writing and will be addressed in a timely manner.

5. Prescriptions & Medications

5.1Doctor's Discretion

The prescription of medicines is solely at the discretion of the consulting doctor

based on their clinical assessment.

5.2 No Prescription Without Consultation

We do not provide prescriptions without a proper consultation with our doctors.

5.3 Self-Medication

The Clinic is not responsible for any adverse effects due to self-medication or

failure to follow the doctor's advice.

6.Emergency Care

6.1Non-Emergency Facility

Our clinic is not an emergency care facility. For any medical emergencies, please

call 108 (Emergency Services in India) or visit the nearest hospital.

7.Limitations of Liability

The Clinic and its doctors will provide services with reasonable care and skill.

However, we are not liable for any unforeseen complications or outcomes

inherent to medical procedures.

8.Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in

connection with these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction

of the courts located in Tumakuru, Karnataka.
