- Weight Variation: A 10-12% difference in stone-less weight is possible.

- Dispute Resolution: Issues will be addressed via call or video call to maintain better relationships.

- Product Quality: We exclusively manufacture 916 (22K) gold ornaments.

- Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled prior to production commencement; post-production, cancellation fees may apply.
