Terms and Conditions for WASSER
1. Compliance with Regulations:
WASSER adheres to all applicable Indian government regulations, including the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) IS 14543:2016 for packaged drinking water and the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) guidelines.
2. Payment Terms:
- Payment in Advance (PIA): Full payment required before shipment.
- Net 7, 10, 30, 45, or 60 days: Payment expected within the specified days from the invoice date.
- CIA (Cash in Advance): Full payment before service.
- COD (Cash on Delivery): Payment at the time of delivery.
- EOM (End of Month): Payment due by the end of the month.
- CBS (Cash Before Shipment): Payment before shipping goods.
- Contra: Payment offset by the cost of goods sold.
- 50% upfront: 50% of the total invoice value before starting the project.
- 3/10 Net 30: Payment due within 30 days with a 3% discount if paid within 10 days.

WASSER uses eco-friendly packaging and recycling programs to reduce its carbon footprint and minimize environmental impact.
7. Legal Compliance:
WASSER complies with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to health, safety, and environmental protection.
8. Limitation of Liability:
WASSER is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of its products beyond the scope of this agreement.
9. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
