RULES AND REGULATIONS OF BHAAVYA KAPUR MAKEUP STUDIO PVT LTD.
1. Cancellation Policy-
No Cash Refunds
In case of cancellation done 15 days prior to the scheduled date of the Makeup/ Service, we adjust your advance payment against any product/service availed from the studio.
In case of cancellation done within 15 days prior to the scheduled date of the Makeup/Service, there will be no refund or service adjustment against the advance.
There shall be NO REFUNDS in case of Pandemic/ Lockdown end other such unforeseeable circumstances. We shall however reschedule your booking to the new date.
2. We Do Not Give Trial Makeup/Hairstyle. However if you wish to see the makeup done by us, you may take an appointment and see a bride who is getting ready at the studio.
3. We Have a Strict NO DISCOUNT POLICY. We do not compromise on our quality,Hence we should not be expected to-compromise on our prices.
4. Our Bookings are on FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis. We adhere to alt our policies, hence request you to save yourself and us from any embarrassment by giving reference.
5. We Do Not Allow Photographers. We have our in-house photographer and photo-shoot packages. You may get your Make up shoot booked with us.
6. All visitors accompanying the bride have to wait in the waiting area, only the bride is allowed inside the Makeup rooms.
7. Please clear the due balance before you start getting ready.
8. Please be on time. A seemingly small half an hour delay from your end could end up getting you over two hours late in getting ready.
9. Please switch off your mobile while the makeup process is on as it breaks the concentration of the makeup artist & delays the process.
10. All the hair accessories (except pins) have to be bought by you. This includes Gajra.
11. Studio Hours are 10 am to 8 pm. Any bookings earlier or later than these timings shall have to bear Overtime charges of Rs. 3oo/- per hour. This applies on all services and makeups.
12. The Management and Staff is not responsible for your personal belongings. Jewellery, Outfit Cash and other valuables are your responsibility while at the studio. Although our entire studio is monitored and we provide you with lockers yet we take no responsibility of your valuables. We expressly state- Any item lost will not be our responsibility, hence be alert and vigilant of your belongings.
13. You are not allowed to use your own cosmetics at the studio.
14. For all Outstation and/or Venue makeup, you are requested to clear the due balance before the team leaves for your venue.
15. You should make adequate arrangements for The Team Traveling to the venue and/or outstation - AC travel, AC lodging and meals.
16. For jewellery booked on rent, we take a refundable security amount equivalent to the rent along with original lD proof. The jewellery is to be returned in the condition
17. We do not specify the name of our makeup artist because all our artists have same expertise. However, we assure you that your make up shall be perfect
As you must have noticed, the Entire Team BK including our Managers, artists and staff work very hard, meeting and exceeding the client's expectations. However, it can
be very stressful for the team during the wedding season with everyone working for over 12 hours a day. My staff is like family to me and nobody likes their family to be insulted, scolded or humiliated by clients for a mistake that they may have made unintentionally. Using abusive language, threatening the staff or shouting at the team is something I don't take at all. If you are dissatisfied with a service, be it makeup, hairstyle or draping, we will be happy to do it all over again for you until we meet your satisfaction. I only request you to be calm, collected and polite with the team as they are with you. This helps in maintaining a positive atmosphere and helps relieve you of your stress as well.
