Terms and Condition

  1. Check-in and Check-out Policy
  2. Check-in time is from 12:00 PM, and check-out time is by 10:00 AM.

Early check-in and late check-out may be requested, subject to availability and additional charges.

  1. Reservation and Payment
  2. A valid credit card or advance payment is required to confirm your reservation.

Full payment is expected upon check-in unless otherwise specified.

For third-party bookings, payment policies may differ and should be confirmed at the time of booking.

  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
  2. If the guest cancels the booking 7 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be processed.

If the guest cancels the booking 1 to 7 days prior to the check-in date, a 70% cancellation fee will be charged, and the remaining 30% will be refunded.

If the guest cancels the booking within 24 hours of the check-in date, no refund will be granted.

Refunds will be processed within 15 working days, subject to the cancellation policy and property review.

  2. Guests are responsible for the care and maintenance of the resort property and will be charged for any damage caused during their stay.

The resort reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest who violates resort policies or engages in disruptive behavior.

  1. Smoking Policy
  2. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the indoor areas of the resort, including rooms, restaurant, and lobby.

Designated smoking zones are available outdoors, and guests must adhere to these areas.

  1. Pet Policy
  2. Pets are allowed in select areas of the resort and in specific room categories, subject to prior approval at the time of booking.

Only small to medium-sized pets are permitted. An additional cleaning fee may apply.

Pets are allowed in designated outdoor areas and specific pet-friendly rooms. Pets are not allowed in common indoor spaces such as the restaurant, spa, pool area, or lobby.

Owners are responsible for ensuring their pets are supervised and on a leash at all times while on resort property.

Service animals are always welcome in all areas of the resort.

  1. Pool & Spa Use
  2. The swimming pool and spa are open daily from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Pool and spa users must adhere to all safety rules, and children must be accompanied by an adult.

Spa services require prior booking and are subject to availability.

  1. Children’s Play Area
  2. The kids’ area is available for children between the ages of 3-12 years.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in the kids’ play area.

  1. Outdoor and Indoor Games
  2. Outdoor games (such as volleyball, badminton, etc.) and indoor games (such as table tennis, carrom) are available for guest use.

Equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and guests are expected to return equipment in good condition.

  1. Parking Policy
  2. Complimentary parking is available for guests, but spaces are limited and subject to availability.

The resort is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or personal belongings in the parking area.

  1. Alcohol and Catering Services
  2. The resort does not serve alcohol in the restaurant or other public areas.

Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol, but it is strictly permitted for consumption only in their rooms.

Consumption of alcohol in common areas, including the restaurant, lobby, swimming pool, and outdoor spaces, is not allowed.

Guests are not allowed to bring outside food or beverages into the resort without prior approval.

  1. Bonfire Area
  2. The bonfire area is available for guest use in the evenings, subject to weather conditions.

Safety guidelines must be followed, and the bonfire area must be vacated by 10:00 PM.

  1. Environmental and Nature Preservation
  2. The resort is located in a lush, tree-covered area, and guests are encouraged to respect the natural surroundings.

Littering is strictly prohibited, and guests are asked to use designated trash bins.

  1. Liability and Damage
  2. The resort is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay, unless caused by the resort’s negligence.

Any damage to the resort property, including furniture, fixtures, or equipment, will be charged to the guest’s account.

  1. Right to Refuse Service
  2. The resort reserves the right to refuse accommodation or services to any guest who fails to comply with resort policies, engages in illegal activities, or disrupts the peaceful environment of the resort.
  3. CCTV Surveillance
  4. The resort property is under 24/7 CCTV surveillance in public areas for the safety and security of all guests.

By entering the premises, guests consent to being monitored in these areas.

CCTV footage is used solely for security purposes and will not be shared without proper legal authorization.

  1. Citizenship Verification
  2. All guests are required to carry a valid proof of citizenship (such as a passport, national ID card, or voter ID) for verification at check-in.

The resort reserves the right to refuse check-in if the required documents are not provided.

This is a standard policy to ensure guest safety and comply with local regulations.

  2. The administration of the resort reserves the exclusive right to modify, amend, or update the resort’s terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

The resort also has the sole discretion to grant or deny any requests for special accommodations or services, based on availability, policy guidelines, and operational requirements.
