Associated Planners is the architectural firm serving in this field since 1972. We recently completed our golden jubilee.

The firm was started by Mr. Sharad Kotkar and the legacy is carried on by Ar. Vishwas S. kotkar, who is the Principal Architect along with Ar. Anagha V. Kotkar as Associate Architect and Er. Ajeya V. Kotkar.

We have been working on wide range of projects which includes small to large scale work. We have designed 300 plus residential bungalows and various housing schemes. In commercial sector, worked for hotel industry which includes brands like Fariyas, Regenta, Radisson, Sayaji, etc. The firm has the experience in township projects like Hiranandani and Institutional projects like Kohinoor and Gurukul High school. Recently we expanded our practice in the field of interior and landscape design. The scale of interior project is Residential. Landscape practice is in Residential – villas, farmhouses and group housing schemes and in Commercial – hotels.
