Over 21 Years of Clinical Experience, I completed FRCS - Trauma & Orthopedic Surgery from Royal College Of Surgeons in 2013, MRCS (UK) from Royal College Of Surgeons in 2005 and MBBS from Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS), Bangalore in 2003.
I worked as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at the Royal Liverpool & Broadgreen University Hospitals NHS Trust in England before moving back to India in 2017. After finishing medical school in Bengaluru, I trained in some of the most prestigious institutes in United Kingdom for over 14 years and have a comprehensive experience in all aspects of Orthopaedic surgery.
Pursued super-specialist fellowship training in musculoskeletal oncology at the prestigious Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Stanmore, underwent further expert training in dealing with revision joint replacements at the Royal Liverpool & Broadgreen University Hospitals.
Have several publications and international presentations, won awards at international conferences and I am on the editorial board for World Journal of Orthopaedics. I was instrumental in establishing a Regional referral centre for metastatic bone disease at Liverpool.
I lead the SPIRE CLINIC group which is team of highly qualified orthopaedic surgeons with international experience and have keen on delivering world class care to all sections of society irrespective of their financial abilities. Throughout my career, I have concentrated on improving the patient's experience in the hospital. A patient-centric care and evidence-based approach continues to remain my prime focus.
