Dr. Partha Sarathi Ganguli is a technocrat with over 38 years of experience in the field of industrial automation, information technology and education. He is the Chief mentor of Saraswati Online.Com India Limited established in the year 2000 - a leading education service provider based in Bangalore.

With the partnership of 8 government medical universities of People's Republic of China and 2 universities of Philippines, it conducts international medical education programs at the undergraduate (MBBS) and master's degree level. Currently, 2000+ students are enrolled in the programs from 26 countries all over Africa, South and South-east Asia. 6800+ students have already graduated from these programs and are serving their respective countries as qualified doctors. Nearly 400 are in Bangladesh alone. More than 100 qualified doctors from South Asia have served in this program as faculty.
