It was in the summer of 2014 that I began my journey as a home baker. My girls were the samplers whose feedback I relied on extensively. Gradually realising my passion for baking, I decided to pursue my dream of becoming a full-time baker.

My daughters grew from toddlers to girls as time passed, and so did my quest toward realising this dream! Epiphanies over the course of being a home baker, of my love and talent for baking helped me establish Simsar Bakery in 2018.

Today we are celebrating its sixth birthday. Over the last six years we’ve received both praise and criticism, and we've accepted both as a positive learning experience.

Where we stand right now is owing to the kindness of our patrons and the hardwork of my team.Simsar Bakery would not exist without my team, and I am grateful for their unwavering support since the beginning. This bakery is home to my team of ten people along with whom I rely on for my own livelihood.

I take this moment to sincerely thank all of our supporters for giving us this opportunity. We promise to work even harder and to persevere in the coming years to give you a premium quality and delectable experience !
