A Chartered Accountant, he is widely regarded as one of the UAE’s leading tax advisors, known for blending deep technical expertise with strategic business insight.

He has advised prominent business groups, sovereign entities, and Fortune 500 companies across sectors such as telecom, real estate, energy, and healthcare. Prior to joining Dhruva, he held senior roles at PwC Middle East and other Big Four and specialist tax firms.

Nimish was a key advisor during India’s GST rollout and later played a pivotal role in UAE’s VAT implementation, guiding Fortune 500s through the transition. Today, he spearheads Dhruva’s regional expansion into Saudi Arabia and beyond, while also leading its tax technology initiatives. He serves on the board of a prominent UAE business group.
