Routine Eye Checkup
In routine eye checkups, vision and eye health are assessed & checked. Treatment and advice is given accordingly. Most common is a Refractive checkup - i.e to see if the patient needs prescription glasses
Comprehensive Eye Checkup / Retina Checkup
In a comprehensive eye checkup, the patient's eyes need to be dilated to assess the health of the retina. This is also needed when the correct power cannot be prescribed through routine checkup
