Commercial- Rs.-8/-Sq. Ft.; (Minimum- Rs. 60,000.00)

For plain area-

Residential

Up to Double Story building Rs. 10,000.00

Above to Double Story  building Rs. 15,000.00

Commercial-Rs. 6/- Sq. Ft.  ( Minimum-   Rs. 50,000.00)
