About the Founder

I, Shiksha Bhavik Sheth, am the Founder of SB Sheth & Associates. I am a qualified Company Secretary, a Law Graduate (LLB), and hold postgraduate and graduate degrees in Commerce (M. Com and B. Com).

I possess more than 20 years of professional experience in the fields of Legal, Compliance, and Company Secretarial practices across various industries. My endeavour is to assist clients in effectively managing their Secretarial and Compliance requirements in accordance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, Stock Exchange requirements, and other regulatory authorities.

I am also empanelled as a Peer Reviewer and Quality Reviewer with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
