In Dhokla itself we more 30 types of Dhoklas, Such As Sandwich Dokla, Masala Dhokla, Pav Baaji Dhokla, Dabeli Dhokla, Rajasthani Dhokla, Paneer Dhokla, Schezwan Dhokla and many more. After this it's time for main course & the popular Gujarati & Rajasthani curries are Surthi Undhiyon, Sev Tamatar Sabzi, Rajasthani Ghatta Sabzi, Allu Kanda Rasawalla, Bendi Shambariya, Cabbage Chatpatta, Thuriya Wattana, Bikaneri Papad Sabjzi, Alloo Rajwadi, Panch Kutti Sagh, Alloo Lasuniya & many more.
